Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return a print, without giving any reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@altaateliers.com with your order number and the print concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form below.
- Send the print back within 14 days of your request, in its original packaging (tube or protective box), to:

The print must reach us in the condition in which you received it: not framed by you, with no creases, tears or marks. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked and protected shipment.
Refunds
We refund the price of the print and the original delivery costs (based on the standard rate) within 14 days of receiving your request, using the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print.
Damaged print or order error
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the print was damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the parcel and the print: we will send you a new print or refund you in full, including return costs.
Exception: custom-made creations
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to prints made to your specifications (custom location, framing, route or text). They are of course still covered in the event of a defect or damage.
