The Tour du Mont-Blanc, one of the world’s most famous treks, circles the entire massif, crossing France, Italy, and Switzerland.
165.1 km and 10,115 meters of elevation gain on a route that circles the “Roof of Europe.” Notable highlights include: Chamonix and Les Houches at the start, the Col de Voza, Les Contamines, the Col du Bonhomme, Courmayeur on the Italian side, the Bertone Refuge, the Grand Col Ferret marking the Swiss border, Champex, La Flégère, and Le Brévent before descending back to Chamonix. In the background, the great peaks that tower over the entire route: Mont Blanc (4,808 m), Dôme du Goûter, Grandes Jorasses, and Dent du Géant.
