Lyon

The magnificent city of Lyon, seen from south to north, between plain and hills.

The two rivers that shape the city can be distinguished: the Saone and the Rhone, whose confluence marks the heart of the peninsula. Also visible are the two iconic hills: Fourviere to the west and the Croix-Rousse to the north, which dominate the urban fabric.
