Shipping policy

Order preparation

Every print is printed and prepared in our studio in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, France. Your order ships within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times and rates

Mainland France	7 days maximum	€2.90 — free on orders of €50 or more
European Union	10 days maximum	€5.90 — free on orders of €50 or more

In total, allow around 10 business days in France and around 13 business days in the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the European Union.

Packaging

Prints travel in a rigid tube or a protective box. Framed prints are packed separately to protect the glass and the frame.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Damaged or delayed parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within the stated time, email us at contact@altaateliers.com with your order number. For a damaged parcel, attach a photo of the parcel and the print: we will send you a new print free of charge. See also our return policy.

Custom-made creations

For custom-made prints, the preparation time is confirmed when your project is approved.
